The Company started its activity in April 1989 with the intent of producing and distributing innovative Networking Products and Data Communication Equipment to the IT Industry. Since its inception, the strategic business decisions that Dynamode has made have allowed it to expand and become one of the leading companies on the world market in this field.
Dynamode has always tried to satisfy the growing needs of the IT Industry and has managed to keep an edge over its competitors by creating new solutions in pace with an ever-changing global market, whilst still maintaining its integrity, superior quality and user-friendly solutions.

There are three main management centers, all of whom answer to the Board of Directors:
In addition, there is a special subdivision called "Quality Guarantee" which is controlled and monitored directly by the Board of Directors. It uses a Quality Control Manual, which describes how the Company intends to assure quality of products, services and processes. Through it`s Central Information System, Dynamode can supply its customers with information concerning the total safety and quality of its products, starting from its origin.
Technical Management controls the coordination of both research and production activities according to strategies and programs periodically defined by the Board of Directors. The Project Office, Manufacturing and Technical Support all report to the Technical Management.
The Project Office is one of the most important sectors for Dynamode - it supervises specialized teams of both hardware and software engineers to ensure that they work together, using the most advanced technology and development tools, to supply the customer with tailor made solutions. The Project Office oversees the whole product process from idea conception through to the production line.
The Manufacturing Department is responsible for coordinating all the activities during production, in accordance with product specifications, and to meet time critical deadlines. In order to provide a delivery time as short as possible for incoming orders, Dynamode stocks about 70% of the products. The following offices must report to the Manufacturing Department:
The product assembling and testing units are situated in the same building to ensure an excellent symbiosis between Engineering and Manufacturing. Our office of Product Engineering uses the most advanced technology to obtain the highest possible level of quality.
In order to keep up with the fast paced technological developments in this field, Dynamode enlists partner companies to manufacture on its behalf, or as OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer), using the latest automatic assembly lines and SMT (Surface Mount Technology), from which the latest generation of equipment is manufactured.
Testing, both on the functional level and capability level are carried out using automatic and semi-automatic equipment, designed to examine the capability of each device in order to obtain maximum efficiency over all types of cabling infrastructures and telephone lines.

Over the years, Dynamode has also created a large network of distributors and re-sellers who work directly for the Sales Team. The distributors work autonomously, but according to the strategies of the Sales Team, who visit the distributors and hold regular technical seminars to educate them on changing technologies and products. On the global market, distributors in Eastern Europe, South Africa and Latin American represent Dynamode.
The Marketing Division has the task of defining the Company’s Marketing Campaigns and strategies by carrying out tests on the local and foreign markets and overseeing the supply and demand of the markets.
Our Marketing Division monitors the Technical Support Division to enhance customer satisfaction with after-sales care.
Due to the Company’s structure and network of industry contacts, Dynamode’s Marketing Division successfully manages future developments of new OEM implementation, as well as sourcing ad hoc devices to enhance its product line and in order to supply solutions to the PDA (Personal Digital Assistant) market.
No matter what challenges face the Company, Dynamode is able to meet the long and short-term needs of both its end-users and business customers.
Prior to each new product launch into the market place, Dynamode’s Production Division tests the functions and conformities of each product, as specified by National and International standards and regulations. The division also provides user manuals and internal training courses – both for customers and employees.
Dynamode’s aim, in this rapidly growing market place, is to provide and supply comprehensive equipment solutions ready for easy installation and implementation and by connecting the customer directly to all system engineering capabilities.
This division provides the “Sales Team” with pre-sales and after sales technical support, by providing in-house demonstrations, advice, installation and maintenance of all equipment and products. This division greatly assists both in successful sales capture and in the after sales customer care through our “Hot-Line” services, available to all customers.
The Administrative Division is split into three areas:
